When to let go.......?

by - October 27, 2018

Hi. This post is about relationship- just to remind you that this post is not for how to stay in a relationship longer, it's about how do you know WHEN to end your relationship. It's the opposite of forever & ever, but this post might help some of you guys who needs some encouragement to sort out your feelings, to know when you should go. Have you ever feel your energy drained? You're the opposite of happy, always drowning, always fatigue and wants to be happy but you're unsure whether your decision is right or wrong. Maybe this post might help you out.

I know break ups are hard. The longer the relationship, the harder it is. Yes, all of us fantasize of a happy ending with our true love. But, is HE/SHE is the one? Well, not all relationships are meant to last forever. So, how do you know when it's time to go? Here are some of the signs that it's time for you to let go of the relationship and move on.

1. Most of your fav memories together - happened to be long time ago.
2. Most of the time you feel frustrated, hurt........
3. HE/SHE will back off/ gave the silent treatment when you talk about the hard stuff
4. Most of the time you've been constantly worries about your future with him/her with constantly "what if" in mind.
5. You feared that when you breaking up, you might be hurt.
6. You feared that when you're breaking up, might lead he/she to hurt themselves
7. You always feel alone, eventhough you're together.
8. He/she cut your ties with your friends because he/she is jealous ( too much )
9.You will feel unheard.
10. He/she emotionally abuse you. Abuse comes with many forms. Not just physical.

****** You can't change them to be what you want to be. It's not within your power to change that. You can doa to ease their feelings, and to keep both of you strong, but if it's meant to be, it will be.......However,you can change yourself! You have complete control over your own journey in life. There's always the other path for you to choose. Life is too short to be spent wondering of the "what ifs"...... If you need help, find the professionals( refer to psychiatric ). This might help your anxiety/ depressions/ and to preserve your mental health. Stay strong, you've got this!!
